But this lightweight High Def/High-Performance sheer powder diffuses imperfections and absorbs oil for a smooth, matte, flawless photo finish. Sheer enough to be used under the eyes as well.  Trying Alayne's trick of pressing into pores around the nose, cheeks, or chin with a makeup sponge to act as a mattifying primer before foundation. How to use:

1. Gently pull down your lower eyelid to expose the waterline. This is the area where you'll be applying the eyeliner.
2. Place the eyeliner pencil tip on the waterline, starting from the inner corner and moving outward. You can apply the liner below the lash line for a slightly different look.
3. Use short, light strokes for a more controlled application. If you want a more intense look, go over the line a few times until you achieve the desired darkness.

How to use:

1. If you're applying other eye makeup, like eyeshadow, do that before applying eyeliner.
2. Hold the Eyeliner Properly: Hold the felt-tip eyeliner like you would hold a pen. Find a grip that feels comfortable and allows you good control.
3. Create a Guide: If you're new to using eyeliner or want to ensure a straight line, you can create small dots or dashes along your lash line as a guide before connecting them.
4. Draw in Small Sections: Instead of trying to draw one continuous line, work in small sections. This allows for more control and precision.
